David and Dafana were both raised in Boerne and graduated from BHS in 1983. They then went onto college and were married in 1988. They then moved to San Antonio in Monte Vista where they started what would become a life long passion. They would buy run down historical homes, completely renovate and resell. By doing most of the work themselves they became very knowledgeable in every area of home construction. After the birth of their daughter Sydney in 1991, they wanted to move back to Boerne. This is when they went into custom homebuilding selling their first spec home in 1993. They have come to specialize in the Texas Hill County style home.
